Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), we are looking at a study of a proposal for a miscellaneous statute law amendment act. What has happened is the House has referred this report to us. We're going to have an overview from officials on the process, then we will have a discussion as a committee followed by questions and answers, and then discussion on how we're going to proceed.
Once we're done with this, it goes back to the House. There's actually a bill that gets developed. Is that correct? And this is also happening in the Senate.
