For those who may not be aware, I think it's a concept of pre-clearing groups or organizations that are regarded as somewhat expert in the field so that if B'nai Brith Canada, for example, is a trusted flagger and we go to a provider and say there is anti-Semitic content here, it's not as if they have to ask who B'nai Brith Canada is and how do they know we're qualified in this field.
