One of the things I've learned as a new member of Parliament as of October of 2015 is not to believe everything one reads in the newspaper. I will state it clearly: there is no alternative process. There is no committee of ministers composed of myself and the House leader or otherwise. This process, and the start of a list, has been handed over to an independent advisory board. This is the process that we're moving forward with. Openness, transparency, and accountability are not talking points; they are the fundamental basis upon which this process must proceed and will proceed.
