Are there any complications with the interpretation of the existing torture laws? There has been some suggestion to us that if there were two types of torture in the Criminal Code, and somebody was charged with the other one, it would be somewhat confusing in terms of our international obligations, because we do have international obligations with respect to the issue of torture, and we've enacted those.
