We've had a couple of experts, with respect to the Canadian Human Rights Commission and human rights commissions in general. Madam Landry and our colleague Mr. Oliphant made it very clear that the Canadian Human Rights Act in and of itself, cannot address all the concerns. It can lead to a false sense of security for people, if they believe that it is only included in there. Having it as a type of criminal offence would add to the support of that belief.
