I apologize if that concerns you, but in terms of the evidence we've heard from all of the different groups—and I know you were a crown attorney yourself—this bill doesn't have any consequences for not introducing that record, and human error can happen again. How does this bill stop human error, which is what I think the intention is and what you want to see, stopping human error, and you can't point me to that fact. No other witnesses have pointed me to that fact.
