This government has talked a great deal about reconciliation and true reconciliation. We see the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and other pieces of legislation before the government, but indigenous peoples don't seem to have access to that or don't seem to be able to receive the full rights that maybe other Canadians enjoy. Is better access to the justice system through a court challenges program part of reconciliation? If I'm overreaching, I apologize, but is that a piece of a very large puzzle?
