I think the reality with that issue is that it does require more research and more information specific to it. We are only, as a coalition, starting to scratch the surface a little bit in that research ourselves. I think it would be kind of inappropriate for me to take a position on that at this point.

I do think that the health care systems in our country are a little bit fragmented in the sense that health is provincially funded, and that there are kinds of other systems internationally that could be looked at for further observation or further research.
