Thank you, Madam Chair. I'll be very brief.

Cardinal Collins states:

In Ontario, we allow cooling-off periods for gym memberships and new condominium purchases but the federal government doesn't seem to believe a similar reflection period is necessary for euthanasia.

I think those are prescient words.
