You know that I'm not a lawyer, so a legal adviser is probably better for answering that question. What I do know is that everybody who passes military service in Iran has a card. That card shows that you have been in the IRGC involuntarily. It shows everybody that you were not part of the organization; you just had to pass those two years. I think that would lead to an easy solution.
