What I'm going to say is this: We, on this side, would like to vote on Mr. Moore's motion today, as soon as possible, and then we can move on to Bill C-40, which is the reason we're here today. We can not only accomplish what's on the agenda, but also address the issues that Mr. Moore has rightly raised in his motion.
