If you look at constitutional scholars who coined the concept of constitutional dialogue, in a later publication they actually accepted the idea. Professor Hogg, for example, accepted the idea that the first parliamentary law on MAID was an acceptable example of the dialogue between the Supreme Court and the legislative....
