The definition that will be used comes out of the DSM-5, which is the definition of “mental disorder”. There are 290-some different labels that fall under that distinction. That includes intellectual disability, autism, trauma, eating disorders and gender dysphoria, and the list goes on and on. We're talking about a hugely wide expansion to a significant number of people.
