So when we supply cars--because we have supplied cars--to the Afghan police, do we keep a check, or do we pass them off and hope they're used how they're supposed to be? What's the process of ensuring that the aid and support we're giving really stays with the legitimate authority of the Afghan government? Obviously it hasn't with the equipment that was supplied by the U.S. to the police in Afghanistan.
