You mentioned the National Defence Act and how the minister is responsible for the leadership and operational direction of the Canadian Armed Forces and serves, at will, the Prime Minister. Was that lack of accountability, that lack of oversight and responsibility, due to the lack of interest by Prime Minister Trudeau?
