We understand that the north warning system, as we've heard in earlier testimony, is effectively becoming obsolete, if it's not already, and RADARSAT will also be obsolete in the very near future.
Do you think that the golden dome will bring the end of NORAD? You said that the Americans are not showing much interest in NORAD. Is that a possibility that should be considered?
