It will never be complete. We'll never be satisfied, because it's an enduring.... I'm just thinking of the locations of many of the members here. In Petawawa, for example, it's such an extensive transformation that there will always be recurring maintenance and repair investment, as well as recapitalization.
We have work to do and we have the right leaders doing it.
