Given that the large majority of Canada's critical minerals processing is done in foreign countries—most notably China—what investments or strategies are being implemented or should be implemented in order to decrease the reliance on other countries and to ensure full end-to-end domestic supply chains? I'm talking about mining processing, manufacturing and even recycling.
