I think social media are a good way for the Canadian Armed Forces to get their message out to all the communities. You also need good leaders, solid role models, mentorship and good recruiters to communicate with all the communities concerned.
It's just about creating a climate, an environment, where all members of the country's military are respected, including in the media. Oftentimes, the media publish negative stories and don't cover the stories we're proud of.
