Under Bill C-31, division 16, you are given all sorts of powers—or the minister is, or whoever is yet to be named or designated, because anybody within cabinet could be designated to take care of the DIA. You also have powers to take over corporations, buy shares and take over or replace boards, executive members and officers of a corporation. That sounds like nationalization to me.
