I've heard that the F-35 has been a topic of discussion for years, and it keeps on being delayed. We're moving ahead with the infrastructure for it, but why are we doing that if we don't know if we're going to get the F-35? How much is Canada paying for these delays? If we don't know, then we don't know, but that's my question.
