We are working on the drug and alcohol policy. Currently, before you go to a work site, you have to go to a third party and test for drugs and alcohol, and then you're let on the site. That process usually takes about three to four days, so that's three to four days of lost work. We're having people agree to random testing, which then allows them to work at any of the number of employers who've signed up to this program. So at any time any one of our members could be asked to do a drug or alcohol test. This is a breakthrough in Canada in this kind of thing. It really speeds up the process and it means that our employers get the people faster. Nobody wants to be caught, so we've noticed that there has been a reduction.
