I hope that provides some context on process and procedure and how this committee has been working over the last few months. I've tried to ensure that everybody can participate while respecting and thanking the interpreters for the great work they have done.

The NDP are doing everything they can to deprive Conservatives of the right to freedom of speech. We were supposed to have two hours for discussion of this. We are being constantly interrupted by absolutely ridiculous points of order—

I notice that my colleague continues to interrupt my colleague Mr. Blaikie as he has a very clear point of order about process and procedure on this committee—
