I sit here and I'm baffled, because I think the word that the Prime Minister uses is “pragmatic”, and I feel that I'm hearing a non-pragmatic position, particularly when I sit in the House of Commons, because in the past government there were all these regulations and I hear you saying that everything was over-regulated, making nothing happen.
