It's essential to look at a project based on three components. You have the supply, the demand and the infrastructure to move it between the two points. If you look at it in the context of a Canadian LNG project, you obviously need a pipeline to move the gas from where it's produced to where it's going to be liquefied to be exported. Those are the three parts of the project. Without the infrastructure to move it to a liquefaction terminal, you would obviously not have the ability to create the LNG and export it.
