That is a strategy we have proposed and encouraged.
Right now, one of the things we're seeing is that utilities have different specs that they all like to customize. You might have a transformer with a green box or a red box. There are some good reasons for that. We do have different climates throughout the country. However, when we do specialized orders for each utility, it prevents economies of scale. Instead of stockpiling this critical equipment, we are waiting for that PO to come in and then we custom-make that product. That's where aligning codes and standards, aligning the specifications across a utility, and bulk ordering could help us to stock and capitalize on economies of scale.
