We have a policy road map with this study, so I encourage the committee to look at it. The second of the main pillars is modernizing regulatory frameworks that will enable smart grid and distributed energy resources. The federal government plays a key role in establishing national-scale utility regulatory reform initiatives, and the provinces also play a role in that industry and the utilities regulators.
