I'm going to go to the Fuels Association in a second, but since you mentioned the carve-out in the Alberta MOU, it seems to me—and I wonder what you think about this—this government has been told for years by proponents and utility companies concerned about providing affordable, reliable power to their ratepayers that the clean electricity regulations are divisive, punitive and unrealistic and would drive up costs for consumers, and it has been told that its target is unrealistic on the timeline that they've set.
Given that it has placed that workaround in the negotiations between the Government of Alberta and the Government of Canada, it recognizes the anti-competitive impact of that policy. Wouldn't it make more sense, then, to scrap it for all the provinces?
