Part VIII does indeed describe the responsibilities of Treasury Board. This is where we see that the responsibilities for the coordination of the implementation of parts IV, V and VI have been entrusted to it, but not for part VII. Heritage Canada is responsible for coordinating the implementation of part VII for federal institutions. That is why we referred to part VIII, which focuses on all of Treasury Board's responsibilities.
