With regard to results, once the department receives the application, we have no clue because we are not part of the machine. How many people need to go over it, how many people need to sign it between the office of the officer and that of the minister? I cannot say. I have never heard anyone from the department say that it was the fault of the minister's office. I think that question is best put to Canadian Heritage. They would be in a better position to explain it to you. Honestly, I do not know. Perhaps cuts need to be made, to reduce the number of signatures needed before it goes to the minister's office.
