It would be worth knowing who has been invited, who is unable to appear, and why someone can't or won't meet with us. Going forward, it would be a good idea for the committee to have that information.

I'm being asked, and rightfully so, to provide some dates. When are we going to begin writing the report to make sure that we are done by the end of November? That was the deadline we had set. How many meetings are we going to schedule for that?

If I recall correctly, it usually takes quite a while to go over all the issues and make recommendations.
