Mr. Godin, I hear your request, but, as you know, I have to interpret the remarks that speakers make as broadly as possible. In this instance, I understand that our colleague Mr. Samson is following on from what Mr. Blois said about reporting to the House of Commons and about what we won't be discussing when we report to the House.
My understanding is that he wants to talk about what we won't be discussing in relation to that.
However, if I'm mistaken in my interpretation, Mr. Samson, I'll ask you return to the motion. That's my interpretation of your comment.
