Yes, that would be fine. It has to do with inviting witnesses, including the Quebec Bar. With regard to associations of French-speaking jurists, there are quite a few. There is one in New Brunswick, one in Nova Scotia, one in Manitoba, one in Ontario, and so on. There is one for almost every bar.
