In this context, I'm trying to see how many private businesses would be subject to this measure. Apart from banks or businesses with more than 100 employees, I can't think of many situations where the Use of French in Federally Regulated Private Businesses Act would apply.
Do you think these regulations will tangibly improve access to services in French in rural communities, where the majority of businesses do not meet this criterion?
