I'll restate in my own words what you said earlier: It's quite unrealistic to apply these regulations and achieve results, because they don't include any reporting requirements, any form of accountability or any control mechanisms. A lot of goodwill is being shown, but once again, it's just smoke and mirrors, and people think that with a wave of a magic wand, everyone will fall in line.
