Yes, the two years are going to fly by.
As I said, it's part of phase 2, which just started. Phase 2 involves the training plan. The question is how are we going to make sure we provide that training, knowing we have staff all over the country. It will probably be online training, but we haven't made any progress in that area yet. I can't tell you now what exactly our training program will look like.
