Yes, I agree entirely with my colleague Beth Bilson. That is where the biggest discrepancies lie, in the non-unionized sectors, as well as in very precarious, part-time, on-call jobs, and so on. That is also where one finds intersectionality with ethnic origins or immigrants and disabled persons and aboriginal persons. If there is a new law, it should really take those elements into account.
