On the basis of the arguments heard here, which were mainly commercial or competitive in nature, can you tell us whether there are any reasons why the House of Commons would decide that parliamentarians in committee are not entitled to see unredacted documents?
According to you, on the basis of what you've heard here today, are there sufficient grounds to say that we on the committee are not entitled to have access to these documents?
