We mentioned that about one province. I believe it was the province of Saskatchewan. I think in this case, what they were told was the space is occupied by someone over the age of six, but eventually when that person is no longer in that space, they'll redirect it.
This is why you need to set out the parameters with provinces and territories at the outset. What are we going to count? What are we all going to agree is a new space under this program so that we're reporting accurate and comparable information nationally?
