I'll have to see if someone can give us that level of detail. The only comment I would make as they're searching for that information is that the agreement to develop Canada-wide early learning was a collaborative agreement. Provinces and territories contributed to what the five goals would be, and one of the conditions of accessing funding federally is to provide information.
All I can point out is that the federal government should have set itself up better to get comparable and consistent information.
