In my province of Alberta, there were day homes and a lot of them were unregulated. Basically, we created regulated spaces. An unregulated day home can have five kids; a regulated day home can have six. That's a creation of one space, but I believe in this agreement....
Perhaps Mr. Thompson could give us some information on this. Did it count as six spaces or one space in a situation like that?
