That, unfortunately, is a data gap in the system. Most provinces do not maintain centralized waiting lists. Individual providers have their individual wait-lists, but they would include the duplication of a lot of names.
This is one of a number of issues where we fully agree with the AG's recommendations, and we have work under way with provinces to provide better reporting. In fact, we just launched a portal a week ago that will provide more timely and accurate information on the progress being made in space creation.
We're going to continue to work with provinces as they upgrade their ability to report to citizens within each province and territory.
