This is an objective that the provinces have signed off on to make a service offering that is responsive to the needs in their own jurisdictions. Obviously, the federal government doesn't determine the allocation within a province to different centres. This is certainly a known area with our provincial colleagues, and they're endeavouring to try to make that type of service available.
It's outside of the federal government's authority to allocate specifically within a province to meet specific needs, but there's a shared objective to do so.
