Ms. Hogan, your report showed that between 2020 and 2023, the number of parents who reported difficulty finding care for their children increased by more than 30%. This difficulty came after the program commenced.
My colleague provided his insight into why he thinks this might have possibly been. I want to ask you directly why you think this dramatic increase occurred after the commencement of the program.
