I want to acknowledge at the outset that you're absolutely right. It has become harder, especially for younger Canadians, to make the down payments. We've seen an increase in the number of weeks that people have to save in order to make their down payments. I 100% agree with you on your assessment and diagnosis. It's important to recognize that there's shared accountability across different levels of government.
