I find the wording interesting. Obviously, I would have added the words “estimate and cost management” and I would have mentioned cost overruns, but I’m open to the wording. I just want to make sure it’s inclusive, meaning it covers instances where there were new estimates and new costs.
Do we have a timeline of how the contracts have evolved? Obviously, the motion mentions “since January 1, 2017.” I expect the next step will be to challenge that date. I want to know if we can get information on each of the stages for which a cost estimate was requested.
