To answer your question, I'll give you an overview of the past five or six years. As I explained in my opening remarks, the CIB is an independent Crown corporation, managed by its own board of directors. So, every year, we submit a corporate plan to the minister that includes an operating budget. Within that budget, we essentially outline our expenditures in relation to our growth over a five-year period. The CIB is a corporation that has been growing over the past six or seven years, as I explained. To date, we have invested over $18 billion in 108 projects.
