There are long-term solutions and mid-term solutions. Getting back to the problem I pointed out with the tenants being co-operative, for lack of a better term, would implementing those technological solutions solve this problem if tenants were not willing to co-operate? Would there be policies in place that would require them to use those or utilize the technology that you implement?
