If the member wants to challenge the chair we'll vote on it, but it's not debatable. That's not because I'd like it to be, it's just that those are the rules of this committee and the House.

--Mr. Dosanjh's amendment, which is LIB-1, applies in line 23 on page 7. The government amendment applies after line 27. So I believe LIB-1 comes earlier in the bill than G-1, so you would be compelled to do LIB-1 before G-1.
