I think there are the follow-up pieces. This provides those tools to move towards, in a way, that legislative top cover. Now it makes sure that the different departments and agencies have the systems to be able to share that information, and where there are chain of custody issues—for example, for law enforcement pieces—those are protected. At the same time, it makes sure that the systems can speak to each other.
Here's where I think we're talking about a budget for building new capabilities, equipment or kit. I think a lot of the immediate-term investments can actually come by just making sure systems talk to one another and by getting our different information systems speaking.
